Ordering procedure is as much easy and clear as it is possible; even the payment section is designed in the most convenient way thus all of the information are provided on a single page using secured SSL connection.

Example shows how to order 5,000 copies of A4 leaflets folded to DL, printed on 135gsm Gloss paper. These are the most common folded leaflets we offer.

Using left hand size menu select appropriate product and/or paper.
In this scenario we select "Folded leaflets / 135gsm Gloss" category.

Choose folding type from available options / products.
In this scenario we select "A4 folded to DL (2 parallel folds) (210 x 297mm)" category.

Make your choice and click on required quantity.
We select 5,000 A4 folded to DL (2 parallel folds) (135gsm)

Click on Buy now! button, check product's description and confirm your selection pressing Add to cart button.

On the next screen you'll see the content of your Shopping Cart. Make sure that only required products are in the basket. If you want add another product please press Continue Shopping button, if you need to remove something from the basket simply tick the box next to the product and press Update Cart button or if you are ready to place an order click Checkout button.

Now it's time to create an account.

Shipping and VAT Info. If you preffer your order to be delivered somewhere else than your address (for ex. directly to your customer) here is the place to add new shipping address by pressing Change Address button.

You'll also find that some of the products (leaflets and flyers) have to two VAT options: 0% and 17.5%. Whether your order is subjected to VAT or not depends on your artwork design and you can decide to pay standard- or zero-rate VAT. At the bottom of the page you'll find basic taxation explanation. If you change VAT option remember to click Update Cart button.

If you've selected 0% VAT we will double check your choice on the sight of the artwork.

Billing, payment and Artwork.

On this screen you decide how you're going to pay for the order. Card payment is our preffered method as it's processed in the real time and we can process your ordeer straight away after the artwork is received.

On the same screen you select chanell you'll provide an artwork.

• On-line upload - you'll upload files via the website at the end of the order process (no size limit);
• Send by e-mail - you'll send files by email (please note that single email shoud not be bigger than 10MB);
• Post on CD - if your files are big and internet connection a bit slow it might be convenient to send artwork on CD or DVD
• You already have my artwork - select this option only if you've sent us your artwork prior to the order or if you are ordering re-print of your previous order - in this case please provide original order number in Comments section. If you're ordering design service please choose this option and provide your artwork requirements by email or add them to the Comment.

On the next screen - Order Confirmation - please make sure that all of the details are correct and Confirm order.

At this stage you should have received Order Confirmation email.

Artwork. Depending on your choice you can send us your artwork by email - simply reply to the Order Confirmation email attaching your files or if you prefer upload your files you can do so using On-line Uploader which requires Java (www.java.com) to be installed on the computer.

Uploader is available from My Account panel - select appropriate order and you'll find uploader at the bottom.

When we receive your artwork it takes up to 2 working hours for our Designer's Team to verify whether it's suitable for printing and prepare PDF proof.

When the proof is ready we'll send you notification email and put it on the website for you to check its appearance and either APPROVE or REJECT it.

Orders approved before midnight are send to print following (working) day morning.

Delivery

We will estimate date of delivery at the time of sending the order to print. An actual date of a delivery might be a bit different to the estimated one therefore 2-3 days before the actual delivery, at the time of dispatch, we'll send you parcel consignment number thus you could track it on-line via our website or directly from courier.
