How it works

  • We have prepared an extensive, step-by-step tutorial to help you get started with our website. Please read these information carefully and you should place your first order in no time! The example below guides you through a process of ordering a 135gsm paper A3 folded to A4 leaflet.
  • Creating / registering an account
  • 1. First if all, please create an account on our website.

    • Click Register from a main menu
    • Choose Private Customer or Business Customer depending on your sitation
    • Fill in the registration form
    • Before you confirm registering your account, please make sure you read and understand the Privacy Policy
  • Selecting a product
  • 1. There are three different ways to find a product.

    • You can use a drop-down menu on the left hand side called: Printing Services
    • You can use an expandable menu called: Select Your Prints
    • Alternatively, click on the icons representing each product
  • 2. Decide on the paper type and size.

    • In our example we are ordering a folded leaflets on 135gsm Gloss Art
    • In this step please select a desired size and folding option from the list
  • 3. Quantity.

    • Please read the Specification carefully
    • Now decide on the quantity and delivery variant (Standard, Express) by clicking on the corresponding price
  • 4. Adding to Cart.

    • In the Product Options pop-up window you can review your order
    • Before adding the product to your cart, you can customize various options, for example: delivery method
    • If you are happy with your order, please add it to the cart
  • 5. Completing your order.

    • Review your shopping cart and click Place an Order
    • If you didn't create an account or you are not logged in, you will be aksed to either create an account or login to an existing account
    • Choose Payment Type, accept Terms & Conditions and click Confirm & Place Order

  • Uploading project files
  • 1. Once your order is confirmed you can upload your artwork

    • Click Add Attachments button.
    • An Upload Attachments pop-up appears. Click on Add files button
    • Select your artwork files and click Open
    • You can now add a comment to each uploaded file (this is optional). When you're ready, click Send files
    • Please wait for an uploader to finish the process
    • Notice how the order status changed. You can upload more files or review the ones already submitted
    • Your project will now be reviewed and checked against our printing requirements. Please wait for e-mail updates.
  • PDF Proof
  • 1. Please login to your account upon receiving a "Proof Prepared" e-mail.

    • Notice a change of status to Proof Prepared and a new button Download Proof.
    • Please download the proof file and check it thoroughly. If you're happy with the proof, please accept the proof by clicking the Accept Proof button.
    • Well done! Your order is now submitted to our production queue.
